Deputy permanent representative of Cambodia has circulated as a security council document (S/8149 of 11th September) text of Cambodian government communique of 29th August , which (A) Denies truth of allegations that north Vietnamese troops are present in Cambodia and that supplies are reaching the view cong throuch Cambodia and (B) claims that allegation to his effect are ''Preparations for aggression against Cambodia by the United States''.
