There are substantial demonstrations this morning Phnom Penh against the Vietnam Communists. Majority at demonstors for the demonstrations members of the Jeunesse socialists Royal Khmer in uniform are evident among them, and they were being joined in some places we have seen by monks, cycle-pousse drivers and So Forth.
