The confession of Nhem Sean, soldier of Office of Division 310, implicated Van, [soldier of]Battalion 121 Politics, Regiment 12, Division 310. Van connected the Free Khmer with Samy, [soldier of]Battalion Politics, Division 310. After that, Van received the plots from Tun, [soldier of]Battalion 708, to persuade soldiers to think of sexual conduct and to take opportunity to integrate into the FreeKhmer.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ ញ៉ែម ស៊ាន យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច ១២១ វរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ថាៈ វ៉ាន បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែខ្មែរសេរីជាមួយឈ្មោះ សាមី នយោបាយវរសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០។ ក្រោយមក វ៉ាន បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ទុន វរសេនាតូច ៧០៨ ឱ្យបំផុស យុទ្ធជនពីរឿងស្រីញីហើយឆក់ឱកាស់អប់រំបញ្ចូលជាខ្មែរសេរី។
