The confession of Aom Soek, mechanic of train unit, Phnom Penh, confessed to the fact of Moeung Saman, agent of train unit. He indoctrinated Saman to join the CIA in June 1972. Before the liberation, between 1972-1975, Saman and his networks convinced ordinary persons, workers at villages, sub-district, and factory to hate the Khmer Rouge. Saman received the plots from Kiry Phalla to build up theCIA forces, to sow the influence within the populous cycle and to identify the revolutionary bases. After the 1975 liberation, Saman received the plots from Kiry Phalla to kill the Khmer Rouge by means of luring them to involve in having sex with prostitutes. He then continued to find out secrecy to fight the revolution back when the Khmer Rouge was careless.
ចម្លើយសារភាពរបស់ អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីននៅអង្គភាព រទេះភ្លើងភ្នំពេញ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ មឿង សាម៉ន ភ្នាក់ងារ ឃ្លាំងរទេះភ្លើងថាៈ ខ្លួនបានអប់រំសាម៉នឱ្យចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ៦-១៩៧២។ មុនរំដោះ១៩៧២-៧៥ សាម៉ននិងបក្ខពួកបាន ឃោសនាប្រជាជន កម្មករនៅតាមភូមិ ឃុំ រោងចក្រឱ្យស្អប់ ខ្មែរក្រហម។ សាម៉ន បានទទួលផែនការពីគិរី ផល្លា ឱ្យកសាង កម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា, ផ្សាយទ្ធិពលសេរីក្នុងស្រទាប់ប្រជាជននិង តាមដានស្រាវជ្រាវរកមូលដ្ឋានបដិវត្ដន៍។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃរំដោះ១៩៧៥ សាម៉ន បានទទួលផែនការពីគិរី ផល្លា ឱ្យសម្លាប់ខ្មែរក្រហមដោយ យកស្រីពេស្យាជាគន្លឹះ ហើយបន្ដឃោសនាស៊ើបការដើម្បីវាយ បកមកលើបដិវត្ដវិញពេលណាខ្មែរក្រហមភេ្លចខ្លួន។
