Summary / Abstract :

Whilst in Phnom Penh for the coronation I found , a mongst foreign mission,varying degrees of concern about Cambodia Vietnamese relations the United States Ambassador and the Canadian commissioner were most concerned and in my opinion, a little inclined to over -emphasize the dangers in the situation.
