After some days delay I manged to see the foreign minister this morning and Parss on to him Boon's message of the 27th July emphasizing that while It seemed to me that the Thais were not without their reservations regarding Cambodia (It did him no harm to have this brought home) they would probably be disposed towards meeting a Cambodian delegation to discuss outstanding problem in an atmosphere free from mutual press recrimination.
