Boon acting minister foreign affairs told me yesterday that cabinet was still considering Cambodian proposal , been caused by press attacks which had been on Thailand after Cambodians had presented their notes suggesting consultations. He said that the he would be glad to have stuarts assessment of position as soon as possible.
