I discussed possible action with United States Ambassador today. We agree: (a) That there is little point in speaking to Thailand , who is already doing what he can to calm officials , and public excitement about Khao Phra vihara: Johnson read me telegram from Trimble reporting Cambodian accusation of plot by Sam Sary and Son Ngoc Thanh with Sarit to invade Cambodia with three Thai divisions plus amounting to United States dollars 1, 000, 000.
