On 24th November, 1958, The Cambodian ambassador in Bangkok delivered a note to the Thai border-secretary of state for foreign affairs indicating that, as from 1st December , the Cambodian government intended to withdraw ''Temporaily'' its diplomatic mission in the Thai capital.
