Sukich ( leader of the Thai Delegation) told me that last night there had been an exchange of notes at the United Nations between himself and Son Sann (leader of the Cambodian delegation ) It would probably be announced later today by Hammarskjoeld and the text would be published in a week's time the letter represented agreement on four points.
