Relations between Cambodia and South Vietnam continue to be a problem. On the one hand, the Cambodians publicized a gift from South Vietnam of 30,000 berets and some agreement seems to be in the offing on the Vietnamese interned in camps in but Battambang, a Vietnamese consulate May be set up there.
