After some days delay I managed to see the Foreign Minster this morning and pass on to him Boom's message of the 27 July emphasing that while it seemed to me that the Thais were not without their reservations regarding Cambodia (it did him no harm to have this brought home) they would probably the dispose towards meeting a Cambodian delegation to discuss outstanding problems in an atmosphere free from mutual press recriminations.
