When Stuart and I called on Boon (Acting Foreign Ministers) today he told us that Thai charge d'Affaires in Phnom Penh had just received a note from Cambodian government expressing opposition to inviting United Nations investigator to visit the area but suggesting that consultations might be held between the Thais and the Cambodians at administrative level.
