The Vietnamese Ministers for Information, Mr. Ngo Khac Tinh, and open arms, Mr. Ho Van Cham, visited Phnom Penh for several days from November 17, for the opening of a permanent Vietnamese information office in Phnom Peh. On November 19, the Cambodian Minister for Social Welfare, Mr. Chau Xeng Ua, officially handed over 1,000 bags of rice to the Vietnamese Ambassador for the victims of recent flooding in central Vietnam.
