Ty Sovatha, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Uak Kanthel, worker of factory T-1, was a captain and entered the CIA through In Tam, his uncle. After April 17, Kanthel disguised himself as a worker of factory T-1 and organized the CIA network to be poised to launch a counterattack on the revolution.
ទី សុវត្ថា កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ឱក កន្ធែល កម្មករ រោងចក្រត-១ថាៈ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា កន្ធែល ជាទាហានសក្ដិ៣, ចូលសេអ៊ីអាតាមរយៈអ៊ិនតាំ ត្រូវជាពូ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧មេសា កន្ធែល បន្លំធ្វើជាកម្មករនៅរោងចក្រត-១ និងរៀបចំបណ្ដាញ សេអ៊ីអា ត្រៀមវាយបកទៅលើបដិវត្ដវិញ។
