The meeting between Diem and Sihanouk is now planned to take place on 1 August the Foreign Affairs Ministry expects Sihanouk to be accompanied by Son Sann and Tioulong and possibly some other advisers. The Vietnamese do not want any preparatory talks, nor any formal agenda.
