There were question last week about an incidents on the Cambodian-Vietnamese border which was reported publicly by the Cambodian on January 19. Although we do not yet have the final report of incident which occurred on the previous day, January 01, We do have sufficient preliminary information to have a fairly good idea of what occurred. |
