Calhoun (U.S Embassy) said January 19 that habib had seen Thieu Ky, Do and Loc while in Saigon. The aim and had been to persuade the Vietnamese that the Cambodians should be given time to demonsterate whether their professed willingness to send troops against the VC in their territory was genuine.
