Cambodian police nationale advised US that D' Arazien is not in Cambodia but was returned to South Vietnam. He is to be advised to return to Saigon and lodge visa application in the proper manner with Australian embassy. We handed back D' Arazien passport to Dharmaraj and informed him of Cambodian advice.
