The confession of Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of division 310, implicated So, soldier of office K-1, division 310. In 1977, Voeung, working at division 310, assigned So to mobilize forces of division 310 by convincing a burrowing activities and putting poison in the rice fields and water green grass.
ចម្លើយសារភាព ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ នីរសាកងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សូ យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរក-១ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ វឿង កងពល៣១០ បានចាត់តាំង សូ ឱ្យប្រមូល កម្លាំងក្នុងកងពល ៣១០ ដោយបំផុសបំផុលស៊ីរូងផ្ទៃក្នុង និងបំពុល តាមទឹកស្រែ និងតាមបន្លែត្រកួន។
