Summary / Abstract :
|
The blitzkrieng type invasions of Cambodia by the Vietnamese was launched three weeks later than predicted. The extent of the offensive took observers here by surprise. The final decisions in on the campaign were probably taken in the light of discussions in Moscow at the beginning of November.
