The confession of Hun Chamreun aka Nakk, deputy chief of battalion 113, division 310, implicated Huot, soldier of division 310. In October 1976, Phoan, chief of battalion 113, reported to Chhan, chief of regiment 11, on the fact that he assigned Huot to examine Kapp Srauv dams on a daily basis to identify the place where the dam broke. If seeing the crack, he had to cause it broken.
