ចម្លើយសារភាព ពុត អេង ហៅ គុន ប្រធានក្រុមពេទ្យព-៣១ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ យ៉ុម យុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ យ៉ុម បានចូលជាសមាជិកបក្សពលករ អ្នកនាំចូលឈ្មោះ សាមី ប្រធានមន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០។
