Bruns (Laos Desk) said on May 22 that there had been no significant military action in Laos on May 22. Kong Le remained at Ba Na where he had re-ground 1500 troops and expected this forced to build up to about 4,000. He claimed to have lost 500 missing and killed as result of Pathet Lao offensive.
