The confession of Seng Veng implicated 36-year-old Chao Eung, a worker of Soy Bean Sausage factory. Chao Eung joined the CIA in 1966 with Tann Chhav Roeun and Chao Sen Kosal being an introducer and acceptor respectively. In 1970, Chao Eung, master sergeant, joined the Party of Socialist Republic in 1972. After the liberation, Chao Eung linked CIA network with Seng Veng. Chao Eung spread anti-revolutionary propaganda and damaged fan motor by letting an electrical wire touch another one.
ចម្លើយរបស់សេង វេង ឆ្លើយថាៈ ចៅ អឺង អាយ ៣៦ ឆ្នាំ ជាកម្មកររោងចក្រទឹកស៊ីអ៊ីវចាក់អង្រែ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៦ អ្ននាំចូល តាន់ ឆាវរឿន អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ចៅ សេនកុសល។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ចៅ អឺង ធ្វើទាហានពាក់ដោយ៣ជាន់ ហើយចូលគណៈបក្សសង្គមសាធារណៈរដ្ឋឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ ក្រោយរំដោះចៅ អឺង ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយសេង វេង។ ចៅ អឺង ឃោសនាវាយប្រហារបដិវត្ដ ធ្វើឱ្យឆេះម៉ូរទ័រផ្លិត ដោយធ្វើឱ្យឆ្លងភ្លើងពីខ្សែមួយទៅខ្សែមួយទៀត។
