The foreign minister, Mr, Long Boret left Phnom Penh on 15 February to seek diplomatic support for the Khmer Republic from countries in Africa. He is expected to visit liberia, the Invory cost, upper, Volta and Malawi and to stop-over in other countries including Kenya.
