Summary / Abstract :

Our reports to 1962, indicate that route 19 was usable by MT on both sides of the border. Furthermore it crosses on major river in the region, being generally aligned along a watershed. The Se San river, a major obstacle in the area, is not cross-able, but route 19, avoids this river and its main tributaries.
