I think Washington 2432 had been dequately answered in Phnom Penh 468 and 371 . I would not therefore propose to raise mater again with Souvanna at this stage unless you have again particular aspects for me to investigate. I will speak to officials as opportunity presents but would not expect them to be informed on a matter of this nature.
