The Mccloskey statement on July 10 has been well received here both counter government bulletin and Phnom Penh press have commented favourably and are hinting at a possible renewal of relations. Sihanouk made it clear in a speech July 26 that in doing this Tep Chhieu Kheng and the counter government bulletin have his blessing.
