A. The Chinese and Vietnamese nationals live in Cambodia on the same footing as our people. The French colonialists did their utmost to quell the popular spirit and to maintain the hatred of classes, castes, and ethnic groups in accordance with their traditional policy of devise and rule to exploit the people. |
