Corcoran contacted this morning to day that FBIS and the Wire services had picked up an internal broadcast by Sihanouk in which he had said that he had received a message from president Nixon that he was going a to recognised Cambodia's frontiers on 16 April and that Cambodian was preparing to resume relations with the United States.
