United States Second Secretary (Blackburn) has told us that Lt.Col. Les Kossem, who, among other roles, is now a member of the Khmer Krom liaison group headed by Lt.Col. Lon Nol (The Prime Minister's brother), had recently revealed to Blackburn that, he Les Kossem, had been personally the Vietnamese for the organisation of the Shipment of arms to the Vietnamese Communists.
