Kann Sim aka Mon, member of factory K-1 small unit, confessed that in 1975, So Phoeun, assistant to Chakk Angre tyre factory K-3, was cadre of cripple office. In November 1975, The Angkar assigned him to work in Phnom Penh, and then Dan appointed him as traitor. On April 17, 1976 Phoeun and other network postponed striking plan against the party until May 20, 1976.
ចម្លើយរបស់ឈ្មោះ កាន់ ស៊ីម ហៅ ម៉ុន សមាជិកកងតូចរោងចក្រ ក-១ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សូ ភឿន ជំនួយការរោងចក្រសំបក កង់ ក-៣ ចាក់អង្រែ ជាកម្មាភិបាលមនី្ទរពិការនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ នៅខែ១១-១៩៧៥ អង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យមកភំ្នពេញហើយបានក្បត់ តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ ដន។ ភឿន និងបក្សពួកបានផ្អាកផែនការវាយបក្ស នៅថ្ងៃទី១៧-៤-១៩៧៦ ហើយលើកទៅថ្ងៃទី២០-៥-១៩៧៦ វិញ។
