Summary / Abstract :
|
History, it would seem, is not necessarily written by the victors: It is written by Whoever writer it. This a lesson that the ancient spartan-whose tale was told most unfavourably by the very Athenians they defeated learned all too well. It is a lesson that has not apparently been lost on the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and it's militant arm, the New people's army (NPA).
