Hong Kong, Friday (AAP-NYT). The Deputy Prime Minister of Kampuchean, Mr. Sary, slipped out of his country yesterday afternoon and was taken by a Thai military helicopter from the border to Bangkok Airport, where he boarded a commercial airline to fly to Hong Kong.
