Bangkok, September 13, Cambodia today jumped in to Sino- Vietnamese quarrel and accused Hanoi of trying to mobilise ethnic Chinese youths in Vietnam to join the Army and infiltrate Cambodian territory . The accusation by Radio Phnom Penh denounced Vietnam for committing unspecified acts against Chinese resident in Vietnam.
