Chea Bun aka Boun, chief of Kbal Thnall construction 2, admitted that in April 1975, Soeun served in traitorous activities with Sean. As for his practical activity was to burn down factory in Phnom Penh City, to shoot dead soldiers of special zone secretly, to stir up conflict, and to provoke combatants into carrying out the free morality.
ចម្លើយរបស់ឈ្មោះ ជា ប៊ុន ហៅ បួន ប្រធានសំណង់ទី ២ ក្បាល-ថ្នល់ បានសារភាពថាឈ្មោះ សឿន បានចូលរួមកសាង កម្លាំងក្បត់ជាមួយ ស៊ាន នៅខែ៤-១៩៧៥។ ចំពោះសកម្មភាពបានដុតរោងចក្រកុ្នងក្រុងភំ្នពេញ បាញ់ទ័ពភូមិភាគ ពិសេស បង្កទំនាស់ និងពង្វក់យុទ្ធជនឱ្យសេរី។
