Bangkok, today, AAP-Vietnam has become the first country to recognise the People's Revolutionary Council as the legal government of Kampuchea (Cambodia). The council, headed by Heng Samrin, 44 was formed after the Highting two-week assault by the Vietnamese-backed rebels who swept the government of Prime Minister Pol Pot out of Phnom Penh on Sunday.
