Fresh fighting between Cambodia and Vietnam over the past two weeks has been the heaviest in the border war of some months and showed no signs of a bating , westen diplomatic sources said here today. They said fighting was not intense in the area north of the parrot's beak salient , Cambodia territory which thrusts in to southern Vietnam, but stretched a long much of the border.
