Malaysian UN mission has informed us of telegram from Cambodian popular council of the revolutionary to be delivered to security council president by Vietnamese mission at 4:00 P.M., January 08 which states that Pol Pot Govt. No longer exists and that meeting of security council to hear a rep to that "clique" would therefore constitute interference in internal affairs of Cambodia and violation of UN charter.
