The Confession of Ket Chakun, worker of factory T-4, implicated Bakk Heng, worker of factory T-4. Bakk Heng joined the CIA in 1971. Bakk Heng convinced workers to hate cadres and destroy textile materials in factory.
ចម្លើយរបស់កេត ចាគន្ធ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ បាក់ ហេង កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ថាៈចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១។ បាក់ ហេង បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យស្អប់កម្មាភិបាល ហើយបំផ្លាញ សម្ភារៈក្នុង រោងចក្រតម្បាញអស់មួយចំនួន។
