Summary / Abstract :

The most immediate objective of US Policy is to restrict or stop the use of Cambodian territory by the VC/NVA . In a longer them, Unites States Policy is to seek whater degree of Cambodian cooperation may be useful or necessary in maintaining a southeast Asia Peace settlement, and to support , with a minimum commitment of United States Resources, the independence and territorial intergrity of Cambodia.
