The confession of Nhem Nen, chief of lathe section of train factory, implicated Saphun, member of Oxygen factory, was a former agent of the White Khmer at school S-200 and a traitorous network of Ly Phen, Sa Saroeun and Chhim Sarin to attack the party plots on September 30, 1978. Saphun convinced workers to hate the revolution and destroy oxygen tubes consecutively.
ចម្លើយរបស់ញ៉ែម ណេន ប្រធានក្រឡឹងរោងចក្ររថភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយ ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ សាភុន សមាជិករោងចក្រអុកស៊ីហ្សែន អតីតភ្នាក់ងារ ខ្មែរសេរីនៅសាលាស-២០០ ហើយជាខ្សែក្បត់របស់លី ផែន, ស សារឿន និងឈិម សារិន ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យវាយបក្ស នៅថ្ងៃ៣០-៩-១៩៧៨។ សាភុន ឃោសនាកម្មករឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ និងបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យបំផ្លាញដបខ្យល់អុកស៊ីហ្សែនបែកជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
