Stated in early January 1964 that in spite of his acceptance of Philippine mediation and his statement to the contrary Prince Sihanouk intends to break off all diplomatic relation with United States Govt (USG) , unless his demands are met. He said that Ambassador Nong Kimny would withdrawal from US and that Son Voeussal would be RKG's permanent delegate to the United Nations).
