The confession of Khut Heng aka Na, secretary of Tank Unit, involved in the record of Vuth, member of Hospital Commission of Division 450. In 1975-76, Vuth attended the meeting and received Suong's plot to attack the party in October 1975 and in April 1976, to prepare forces and fighting targets, to expand C.I.A forces, to provoke men and women in moral offenses within military units and hospitals, to assassinate cadres and soldiers who refused to join the New Labor Party of Kampuchean.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណ លេខាកងរថក្រោះ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ វុធ សមាជិកគណៈពេទ្យកងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ និង ១៩៧៦ វុធ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ និងទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីសួង ដើម្បីផែនការវាយបក្សនៅខែ១០-១៩៧៥ និង ខែ៤-១៩៧៦ រៀបចំកម្លាំងនិងមុខសញ្ញា វាយប្រយុទ្ធកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាឱ្យបាន ច្រើន, បំផុសសីលធម៌បុរស-នារីនៅក្នុងជួរកងទ័ព និងនៅក្នុង មន្ទីរពេទ្យសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលនិងយុទ្ធជនណាដែលមិនព្រមចូលរួម ក្នុងបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាថ្មី។
