The confession of Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, implicated Khan, member of Battalion, Regiment 41, Division 450. Khan attended the meeting and received plots from Suong, secretary of Division 450, to attack the party on the anniversary in October 1975. In January 1976, Suong called upon his networks to join the meeting to impose such plans as building up more CIA forces, to kill soldiers and cadre who refused to take part in a new Kampuchean Labor Party and to bring up with the morality of men and women within the army lines and hospitals.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាវរសេនាធំកងរថក្រោះ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ខន សមាជិកវរសេនាតូច វរសេនាធំ ៤១ កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ ខន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ សួង លេខាកងពល ៤៥០ ឱ្យវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃបុណ្យខួបខែ១០-១៩៧៥។ ខែ១-១៩៧៦ សួង បានហៅបក្ខពួកមកប្រជុំទទួលផែនការឱ្យកសាង កម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាឱ្យបានច្រើន បំផុសសីលធម៌បុរសនារី ទាំងក្នុងជួរ កងទ័ពទាំងនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យ សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលនិងយុទ្ធជនណាដែល មិនព្រមចូលរួមក្នុងបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាថ្មី។
