Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
The confession of Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, and Khuon Suy aka Sim, Deputy Secretary of Battalion 124, Division 310, implicated in an activity of Han, Chief of Special Battalion, Division 450. Han received Suong's plots to attack the party on the anniversary in October 1975. Han took part in the destruction plan to build up the revolutionary forces at Tapeang Preay battlefield. In October 1976, Suong called upon his networks to set forth plans to build up more CIA agents, to confiscate rice regime of soldiers to destroy the revolutionary forces, to prompt men and women to think of the morality with the army lines and hospital, to kill cadre and soldiers who refused to turn themselves in to a new Kampuchean Labor Party.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាកងរថក្រោះនិង ឃួន ស៊ុយ ហៅ ស៊ីម អនុលេខាវរសេនាតូច ១២៤ កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហន ប្រធានវរសេនាតូចពិសេស កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ ហន បានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីសួងឱ្យវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃបុណ្យខួប នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៥។ ហន បានចូលរួមក្នុងផែនការបំផ្លាញកម្លាំង បដិវត្ដនៅសមរភូមិត្រពាំងព្រាយ។ នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៦ សួង បាន ហៅបក្ខពួកមកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាឱ្យបានច្រើន ដករបបអង្កររបស់យុទ្ធជនដើម្បីបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ បំផុសសីលធម៌ បុរស-នារីទាំងក្នុងជួរកងទ័ពនិងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនណាដែលមិនព្រមចូលរួមជាមួយបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាថ្មី។
