The confession of Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, involved in the record of Ms. Khom, Deputy Chief of Hospital. Suong, working at Division 450, invited Ms. Khom to attend the meeting, and also received such plot as provoking problems between local authority and people, creating C.I.A forces, bringing up with men and women morality within the army line and hospital, killing cadre and soldiers who denied being a member of a new Kampuchean Labor Party, and preparing anti-party forces. In July 1975, Khom received a plan from Suong to oppose to the party.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាកងរថក្រោះ ឆ្លើយពីនារី ខុម អនុប្រធានពេទ្យ ថាៈ សួង«កងពល៤៥០»នហៅនារីខុម ឱ្យចូល រួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការដូចជា បង្កទំនាស់រវាងអង្គការមូលដ្ឋានជាមួយ ប្រជាជននិងកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា បំផុសសីលធម៌បុរសនារីក្នុងជួរ កងទ័ពនិងនៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យ សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលនិងយុទ្ធជនណាដែលមិន ព្រមចូលរួមក្នុងបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាថ្មីនិងរៀបចំកម្លាំងត្រៀមវាយបក្ស។ ខែកក្ដដា ១៩៧៥ ខុម ទទួលផែនការវាយបក្ស ពីសួង។
