The confession of Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, implicated in an activity of Han, Chief of Special Battalion, Division 450. In January 1975, Han received plots from Suong, secretary of Division 450, to attack the party on the anniversary in October 1975. Han received Suong's plots to pit people against soldiers, to build up more CIA forces in preparation for striking the party, destroying the revolutionary forces, murdering cadre and soldiers who refused to participate in a new Kampuchean Labor Party.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាកងរថក្រោះ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ហន ប្រធានវរសេនាតូចពិសេសរបស់កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ នៅខែ១-១៩៧៥ ហន បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីសួង លេខាកងពល ៤៥០ ឱ្យវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃបុណ្យខួបខែ១០-១៩៧៥។ ហន ទទួលផែនការពីសួងឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យទំនាស់ជាមួយកងទ័ព កសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាឱ្យបានច្រើន ត្រៀមវាយបក្ស បំផ្លាញកម្លាំង បដិវត្ដ សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលនិងយុទ្ធជន ណាដែលមិនព្រមចូលរួមក្នុង បក្សពលករកម្ពុជាថ្មី។
