The confession of Khut Heng aka Nai, secretary of Tank Unit, implicated So, cadre of Regiment, Division 450. Suong, cadre of Division 450, called upon Suong to attend the meeting and received such plots as pitting people against soldiers and building up more CIA agents. In July 1975, So joined a new Kampuchean Labor Party and accepted the plans to attack the party in July 1975. So's target was toattack on the road No. 3 toward Borei Keila.
ចម្លើយរបស់ ឃុត ហេង ហៅ ណៃ លេខាកងរថក្រោះ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ សូ កម្មាភិបាលវរសេនាធំ កងពល ៤៥០ ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ សួង កម្មាភិបាលកងពល ៤៥០ បានហៅសូចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែន ការក្បត់ដូចជាបង្កទំនាស់រវាងប្រជាជននិងកងទ័ព និងឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង សអ៊ីអា។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ សូ បានចូលជា សមាជិកបក្សពលករ កម្ពុជាថ្មី ហើយផែនការវាយបក្សនៅខែ៧ ១៩៧៥ សូ មានភារកិច្ច វាយបុកពីផ្លូវលេខ៣សំដៅបូរីកីឡា។
